Overview and Responsibilities
The Coordinator provides high level administrative and operational support to the EVP/Department Head and SVP of Streaming & Cable Current Series at CBS Studios. This role is integral to the daily function of the department and requires exceptional communication skills, outstanding judgment, and the ability to manage complex and evolving priorities in a fast paced studio environment. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the department and cross functional studio teams, intra-corporate stakeholders, show personnel, streaming partners, and artist representation.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the EVP and SVP with complex scheduling, calendar management, and day to day administrative needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Coordinate travel, process expenses, and manage studio wide reports.
- Track departmental projects, priorities and industry trends.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and calls.
- Exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, preferred.
- 1–2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally supporting senior-level executives in a studio, network, agency, or entertainment-adjacent environment.
- Working knowledge of scripted television development, current programming, or production within a studio or streaming environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business tools; knowledge of creative production tools (Final Draft, Photoshop, etc) a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $53,000.00 - 68,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
