The Talent Team is an integral part of the Creative division at Paramount Brand Studio, connecting creators to brands in fresh, culturally resonant ways. From influencers and digital creators to actors, athletes, and everything in between, we bring campaigns to life by pairing top-tier talent with iconic brands.
We’re looking for a pop culture–obsessed, detail-oriented team player to join our team as a Coordinator, Talent. In this role, you’ll support senior team members through every stage of the talent booking process — from research and pitching through execution and delivery — helping us craft campaigns that set the industry standard in creativity and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Support the team in finding, casting, and activating talent (from micro-influencers to celebrities) across brand campaigns in categories like music, sports, fashion, parenting, food, and more
- Assist with talent outreach and communication, working directly with agents, managers, and talent direct
- Help coordinate pitch materials and campaign kickoffs, ensuring talent strategy is clearly communicated and aligned with creative goals
- Support senior staff throughout execution — from logistics (booking travel, glam, transportation) to content collection and budget tracking
- Maintain and manage team trackers and talent databases, keeping everything up-to-date and organized
- Conduct research on celebrities, digital creators, and rising talent to help inform casting decisions
- Create Talent Cards with detailed bios and casting rationale using Paramount’s proprietary Match platform, supporting creative decisions with cultural insights and audience alignment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience or internship in marketing, PR, talent, media, or social media
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Keynote, and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy
- A heavy social media user who stays current on pop culture, viral trends, and talent across platforms

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
