Overview:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to two senior executives: the TV Media Group’s top communications officer, who reports directly to the Chair of TV Media, and the EVP, Communications, CBS Studios.

Manage EVP’s calendar, coordinate travel, and schedule meetings.

Interact with senior management, press and with various divisions within Paramount and external constituents.

Reconcile expense reports and order department supplies as needed.

Serve as a conduit between the various Paramount Communications groups by acting as a resource and maintaining the flow of information.

Prepare correspondence, decks and various other materials as directed.

Tasked with screening and handling incoming and outgoing calls.

Manage, track and process invoices and department budgets.
Basic Qualifications
-
3+ years' experience providing executive level administrative support in the entertainment industry.
Additional Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.

Ability to communicate skillfully and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
-
Deep attention to detail and ability to understand written and oral instructions.

Exemplary writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
-
Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work well under time constraints.
-
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skilled in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 100,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
