OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the CBS Studios Development Finance Team! This role’s responsibilities includes the Financial Administration, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting for Talent Deals and Development Projects! Responsibilities include:

-  Review deal contracts and track all aspects of the related commitments.

-  Assist in budgeting and forecasting for term deals and projects.

-  Complete monthly/quarterly/annual/LRP Development Cash Forecasting.

-  Work with Studio Departments to provide information as requested.

-  Development enhanced customized and flexible management reporting to meet all internal customer requirements.

-  Key lead in implementing system and process restructuring to gain efficiencies.

-  Document all new policies and procedures, especially in light of new financial systems, policies, and procedures.

-  Lead or otherwise participate in various routine and ad hoc department projects.

-  Provide coverage for other team role responsibilities, as required.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-  Bachelor’s degree required with some Accounting coursework.

-  4+ years (including internships) of related experience, preferably in Development Finance


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
-  Strong communicator who moderates based on audience and partners with a range of cross-functional partners

-  Great proficiency and ability to adapt to new scenarios in a fast-paced and dynamic Entertainment studio

-  Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, and organizational skills

-  Experience with planning software and ERPs preferred

-  Proficiency in intermediate level Excel

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $72,900.00 - 105,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
