This role will be central to the design and execution of innovative and impactful campaigns for some of the most exciting titles in the industry. From global blockbusters to local releases, you’ll be shaping how our films connect with French audiences.
As a senior member of the marketing team, you will oversee both online and offline media strategies, manage a skilled team, and collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to bring your creative vision, media expertise, and leadership skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the heart of the entertainment world.
What you’ll do
- Lead the full publicity strategy for all theatrical releases in France, in coordination with local marketing and international teams.
- Define key messaging, angles, and communications channels tailored to each campaign.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with press and media outlets, both traditional and digital.
- Oversee all press-related events including press screenings, talent visits, and premieres.
- Supervise the selection and localization of press materials and ensure timely delivery to partners and media.
- Recommend and manage external PR agencies and freelance publicists when needed.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for talent visits in collaboration with other teams and partners.
- Work hand-in-hand with the digital and brand teams on influencer campaigns, special activations, and content amplification.
- Serve as the main liaison with the international publicity team based in Los Angeles, ensuring constant alignment and reporting.
- Manage and support a team of two publicity professionals, fostering collaboration, performance, and creativity.
Who you are
- A senior publicity or communications professional with 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally—but not exclusively—in entertainment, music, TV, or gaming.
- A strong team leader who knows how to motivate, support, and develop others.
- An excellent communicator with solid media contacts and a keen understanding of both traditional and digital press environments.
- Comfortable with strategic planning as well as hands-on execution.
- Fluent in French and English (both required).
- Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative—and ready to jump into action on multiple projects at once.
