Division: Home Entertainment Marketing (FR & Benelux)

Based: Hybrid between Paramount offices (Levallois-Perret) and Home
For our Home Entertainment Marketing division we are recruiting an Intern:
Role Summary
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Paramount home entertainment marketing team in a variety of activities designed to promote the combined content offering of Paramount Pictures, Miramax, CBS, Showtime, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and MTV - across digital & physical formats (DVD & Blu-ray).
Internship Placement Objectives
- Build a deeper understanding of the commercial side of the film & TV industry
- Gain insight into home media content marketing & distribution
- Gain experience of working in a commercial marketing environment
- Gain confidence and the opportunity to demonstrate work experience in a market-leading, entertainment organisation
Role Responsibilities
1. Team Admin
- Monitor the FR & Benelux competitor environment - keeping track of key competitor release information, i.e. box office performance, home ent. release dates, consumer pricing, special collector’s edition boxsets, offers across digital services
- Maintain the Paramount home entertainment release schedule and ensure any changes / updates are reported to key stakeholders
- Manage the marketing team ‘work in progress’ file, tracking key milestones for each upcoming, marketing campaign delivery
- Input updates into the marketing team “catalogue marketing planning” file
- Assist in the implementation of key customer events – premieres & screenings
2. Customer Marketing
- Oversee the production of creative assets for use in key digital customer campaigns, e.g. Amazon Prime
- Inputting content pricing changes into key digital customers systems, e.g. Apple ITC
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of creative assets to our digital and physical distribution partner – reviewing assets for each new release and working collaboratively with LA marketing team
- Assist in the creation of Quarterly presentations
3. Consumer Marketing
- Assist in the delivery of title marketing campaigns – including:
o Briefing consumer media campaigns
o Developing lists of digital targeting “keywords”
o Briefing consumer publicity and PR campaigns
o Creating organic & paid social media posts
o Briefing creative vendors and communicating amends
- Helping to create and present post-campaign reports
Ideal Candidate Profile & Abilities
- Organised, self-motivated and thorough - with a passion for co-ordination and prioritization
- A proven ability to multi-task effectively and stick to deadlines
- A clear communicator – both written and verbally
- Language skills: fluent in French & English
- Digital skills – must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and TEAMS) and have in-depth, first-hand experience of using social media platforms
- Passionate about film & TV content – the ideal candidate must be able to converse fluently about the latest content releases in cinemas, on streaming services, TV broadcast, etc.
