Senior Coordinator, Digital Media

 

Is this the role for you?

 

Role Objectives:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Senior Digital Media Coordinator to support the Senior Manager, Digital with end-to-end management of digital media buying.
This role will act as the day-to-day lead between internal teams and our media agency, ensuring smooth campaign execution, strong creative performance, and continuous optimization. 

 

What will you be doing?

 

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of creative assets to the media agency across all digital campaigns and platforms

  • Ensure assets are delivered on time, correctly formatted, and aligned with media and platform requirements

  • Based on master creatives localized or developed internally, work with external creative agencies to: 

    • Develop multiple creative variations for the same campaign or content

    • Test different hooks, intros, openings, and formats, especially for social platforms (e.g. TikTok, Meta)

  • Working closely with other departments and Global Marketing to ensure a timely delivery of information, communication and smooth work flow

  • Keeping key suppliers and agencies updated on release schedules and promotional plans

  • Preparation of regular reports for internal and external meetings as well as for Head Office

  • Provide weekly inputs on top-performing creatives by platform, campaign performance highlights, and key learnings

  • Build and feed a media benchmark document to help sharing best practices and optimize our campaigns

  • Work closely with media agency to plan and manage delivery of digital media including display, programmatic, VOD and social media campaigns for assigned releases

  • Delivery of post campaign analysis and recommendations

  • Work in partnership with Home Office on centrally bought media activity in France

  • Co-ordination and update all asset tracking documents including social media and online display advertising: Asset Tracker, media results, Media Rotations, Distribution Minutes

  • Ideation of digital concepts and creation of presentation decks upcoming titles

  • Monitoring and gathering competitor activity

 

What are we looking for?

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Understanding of the France digital marketing, digital and social media landscape

  • Media experience in-house or media agency (2y+ minimum)

  • Experience at managing multiple tasks

 

Desirable

  • Industry experience

  • Marketing experience

 

SKILLS/ ABILITIES

Essential

  • Excellent time management skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of creative performance drivers in digital media

  • Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and performance interpretation  

  • Full professional proficiency in French
  • Fluent English, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • PC literate, with intermediate Excel and Word skills and advanced Outlook and PowerPoint skills

  • Organised and thorough, with the ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and multitask

  • Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
