We have an incredible opportunity within our UK Digital Marketing Theatrical team at Paramount Pictures, based in Chiswick, starting ideally the end of May 2024 – until 30th September 2025. Working 3 days in the Chiswick office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and the other days from anywhere you work your best, you will have exposure to a variety of tasks to support the Digital team to plan and execute effective deployment of digital assets and to work across teams to provide content to media, online promotional parties, and exhibitors.

What tasks will you be getting involved with?

 

•    Assisting with the sign off and delivery of marketing materials (including trailers, online spots social, and digital assets) and ensure they are supplied to internal teams and external agencies
•    Monitoring and gathering competitor activity and reporting to the UK marketing team
•    Assisting the Digital Manager and the Publicity team on online launches of all trailers and clips and on the briefing and approval of exhibitor activity
•    Working closely with the Digital Manager and UK departments to ensure a timely delivery of information, communication, and smooth workflow
•    Keeping key suppliers and agencies updated on release schedules and promotional plans 
•    Assist the Digital team in organising key asset folders and files
•    Support the Digital Manager to ensure the social calendar is populated and social agency is briefed and fed back to 
•    Assist the digital team with management of influencer activations and events (premieres, screenings, and content shoots)
•    Ability to use Adobe tools for editing and amends
•    Fluency in TikTok as a platform with the ability to help digital team in strategy 

 

What do I need to be considered?
 
•    Looking for an opportunity and career within Media following completion of University or your first job after college. We can only accept individuals who are at least 18 years old.
•    Have a genuine passion for Film and TV interest in recent content releases across cinema and digital media
•    Understanding of the Digital marketing, digital and social media landscape – TikTok especially
•    Excellent attention to detail and time management 
•    Strong administrative and digital computer skills – Powerpoint etc.
•    Experience or basic understanding of Adobe Suite (Photoshop etc).
•    Highly organised individual, who can prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
•    Ability to think creatively to tackle problems. 
•    Great English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to critic copy with externally 
•    Hunger to grow and develop skills in a fast-paced working environment
•    Comfortable being part of a team and working collectively to deliver the best solutions and tasks
•    Flexible to work additional hours when needed to support, screenings, premieres and marketing campaigns – This may mean some late evenings with the team on the odd occasion.
 
What is the process?

What are the timescales?
