Client Services is the project management unit at the centre of Ad Sales and Commercial for Paramount across International and the UK.  Client Services manages the delivery and execution of Marketing Partnerships across multiple platforms both internally and externally across brands such as MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central and FTA channels

 

The role of the Client Services Account Director (AD) is to guarantee Key clients are being serviced to the highest satisfaction level and as per all contractual benefits of their partnership. Working alongside the Sales team, the AD will lead and deliver projects from deal signature through to execution across Digital, Social, On-air, Programming, Brand Experience and Press. The AD will meet regularly with Clients, Partners and the sales team to recognise the Clients business needs and translate these into a campaign strategy across the business units, leading their implementation, project managing this, and finally analysing and reporting results and findings at the end of the project. The AD is also responsible for managing their projects client P&L alongside Production Management.

 

This includes the creation, distribution, tracking and reporting of sales packages and assets at both a central and local level. The role is the first point of contact and communication channel between sales teams at all market levels, ensuring effective sharing of information and sales assets across the ad sales network.

 

The AD has a responsibility to understand the media communications landscape alongside the broader commercial landscape and should be able to consider client and agency issues at a strategic level.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Ensuring a deep understanding of clients business and objectives
  • Achieving Paramount Advertising International relationship objectives
  • Effectively managing marketing communications projects for particular clients (from briefing to implementation), taking responsibility for the service levels of these accounts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the projects
  • Keeping up to date on all regulatory matters that may affect our offering
  • Ensuring full understanding of all FTA, MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central policies relating to materials produced as part of a client project e.g. using logos, materials on third party platforms etc.
  • Where necessary, develop positive relationships with internal personnel, commercial team and other departments e.g. Brand Experience, Creative, Digital Production, Insight, Business and Legal Affairs, Scheduling and Operations and Press to ensure all aspects of client contract is delivered to satisfactory standard
  • Budget management of client project P&L
  • Preparation of case studies to debrief client on all elements of the partnership
  • Project management of key clients
  • Where required Support Client Services SVP in project management of multi sponsor projects, e.g. EMA's, KCAs
  • Support SVP and Sales on Trade Marketing opportunities and activities
