Reporting into the Sales Director; Paramount Advertising International, the Account Director will be responsible for pitching, negotiating and delivering best in class advertising solutions to agencies & clients across a range of categories within Paramount portfolio of channels. Working in partnership with their Account Manager and Planner to ensure campaigns are delivered as per proposed deals.

This role will require the development of strategies and creative solutions to unlock investments at agency and advertiser level. Strong relationships with agencies and clients at a senior level is a must.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Develop and lead a business strategy for each agency and the relevant departments within those agency groups (Planning, AV, Digital, Partnership) that will maximise revenues across all clients.
  • Management of weekly revenue forecasting and provision of accurate information to Sales Director to enable accurate forecasting of overall Paramount International revenues vs target.
  • Negotiation, alongside the Sales Director, of agency and client deals within their agency portfolio
  • Explore new business opportunities to drive incremental growth.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Vast experience in media advertising
  • Professional approach
  • Proven ability and experience of working within and motivating a sales team and achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation and trading skills and a clear understanding of the business.
  • Proven strong relationships with senior media agencies and a strong understanding of the agency business model.
  • Exceptional communication skills – promotes communication across the business, communicates clearly, engages others, articulates reasons for decisions, is open to others’ opinions
