We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director and the Marketing & Distribution team at Paramount Pictures UK.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, handling sensitive information with care, and supporting a wide range of day‑to‑day activities across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Preparing for meetings, including documents, presentations, test calls and logistics
- Supporting internal and external events such as screenings, premieres and team activities (some evening or weekend work may be required)
- Managing inboxes and diaries, prioritising urgent matters and adapting quickly to changes
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, including frequent out‑of‑hours calls with international teams
- Acting as a first point of contact for the Managing Director while maintaining an open and collaborative approach
- Organising travel, accommodation and transportation, ensuring timely and accurate itineraries
- Preparing monthly expense reports and supporting purchase orders and invoices
- Providing project coordination and planning support across the team
- Supporting sales data input and wider team administration
- Assisting with acquisitions, script distribution and feedback coordination
- Organising team and VIP screenings, including print delivery and feedback collation
- Supporting production activity where required, including handling secure file transfers and attending set
- Providing general Executive Assistant and personal support as needed
What we’re looking for:
Essential experience
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
- Ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly and adapt calmly to change
- Excellent attention to detail and a reliable approach to meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Professional judgement when working in high‑pressure environments
Desirable experience
- Exposure to theatrical distribution or the film industry
- Script reading and providing structured feedback
- Experience using financial systems such as SAP
- Familiarity with secure file transfer platforms (e.g. FTP tools)
- A genuine interest in film and content
