Is this the role for you?


As Pluto International Finance Manager (f/m/d), you will be taking on a key role within Paramount’s Streaming organization, focused on supporting the fast growth Pluto business outside of the US. You will be the central, Metrics/KPIs and Sales business partner for multiple territories across Europe, Central, Latin and Northern America managing all aspects of a rapidly growing revenue and metrics base from actuals to forecasts. What will you be doing?


  • Key Contact for all Pluto KPIs, managing weekly and monthly dashboards for all regions and full ownership of Pluto TV KPI reporting, from forecasting to actuals.
  • Close business partnering with the marketing teams to evaluate and update forecasted metrics
  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the Ad sales teams and ensuring that the Finance team is a trusted partner through provision of insightful analysis to support decision making.
  • Ownership and production of all Revenue areas of reporting – actuals, forecasting (monthly, AOP & LRP) This includes coordinating and planning all required elements to meet the International FP&A deadlines. Using detailed knowledge to provide accurate and regular communication of risks and opportunities to management.
  • Close liaison with the wider finance organisation where applicable for forecasting and the transactional-processing teams (GBS, RTR, Content, OTC, Bad debt and controllership teams) to provide local assistance as required in order to produce accurate monthly financial reporting.
  • Responsible for Invoicing customers and maintaining the unbilled balance sheet Reconciliation
  • Adhere to internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, working with the Compliance Function and Controllers Group to ensure Sarbanes Oxley requirements are met.
  • Work on optimizing existing data workflows and accounting processes in collaboration with operational teams
  • Maintain up to date databases and produce ad-hoc reports when needed
  • Leverage and manipulate KPI data from tableau reports




  • Working with key stakeholders such as Business Intelligence and Pluto management to contribute to delivery and completion of projects as and when they arise

  • Any other duties (e.g. ad hoc projects and analysis as directed by the Senior Director or Senior Finance Manager)
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover as necessary


What are we looking for?


  • Educated to degree level, with a Professional accountancy qualification
  • Demonstrable post qualification experience within a fast paced, multinational, constantly evolving environment (3-5 years). Previous management experience is a plus
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with MS office apps, and Google suite
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Commercially focused with a client service approach
  • Confidence in dealing and building relationships with all levels of management and a remote support team
  • You are fluent in English, another European language is a plus
  • Well organised with strength in prioritising
  • Flexible attitude to achieve results
  • Positive outlook and ambition to progress within Finance
