We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Ad Sales team within Paramount Global’s Direct-to-Consumer International Business. This role will play a pivotal part in driving advertising revenue growth by providing actionable insights and strategic financial analysis.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for advertising sales, incorporating market trends, seasonality, and other relevant factors.
- Analyze advertising revenue performance, identify key drivers, and provide recommendations to optimize revenue generation.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate advertising revenue opportunities and assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to inform advertising sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Content to align financial objectives with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Provide financial support and insights to the Ad Sales team, assisting in the development of pricing strategies, sales pitches, and client negotiations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- Qualification or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Some experience in financial analysis, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial software and databases.

- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS office, Google suite
- Experience with ERP systems a plus
- Able to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and data processing skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well organized with strength in prioritising
- Flexible attitude to achieve results.
