What will you be doing?
Team Support & Coordination
- Work with the Franchise Director and Franchise Manager to support the smooth flow of information, including gathering content performance updates, research insights, and cross‑divisional inputs.
- Helping to prepare and update regional franchise presentations, sales materials, rollout calendars, and best‑practice overviews.
- Monitoring brand health, tracking trends, competitor activity, and supporting the development of insights to guide local teams.
- Coordinating the Walk‑Around‑Character programme with global and local teams.
- Providing proactive administrative support, including raising purchase orders, maintaining trackers, and coordinating meetings.
Asset Management & Development
- Maintaining the Franchise SharePoint library with the latest franchise materials and brand information.
- Coordinating the distribution of assets to internal teams, agents, and external partners.
- Managing day‑to‑day asset requests and ensuring timely responses.
- Supporting the development and delivery of marketing assets to maximise franchise impact and consumer products sales at retail, including brief writing, project coordination, and reviewing outputs.
Marketing Approvals
- Managing third‑party marketing material approvals from external partners and licensees, partnering with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinating additional stakeholder approvals where needed, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
What are we looking for?

- Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- An organised and adaptable approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- A team player who acts with integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stay flexible, and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Basic research/data experience.
Desirable
- Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop / Illustrator).
- European languages are a plus.
