Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE) is on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and driven intern to join our Operations team for an unforgettable 12-month paid placement. Based in our vibrant Chiswick office, this is your chance to dive into the world of film and TV, starting mid to end September 2026.
This internship supports the Operations team's day-to-day commercial and supply chain work across Paramount's physical business - ensuring product availability, delivering strong customer service, and collaborating with supply chain partners, licensees, and other Paramount departments to hit company goals.
The placement pays the London Living Wage of £96.95 per day, paid monthly — equivalent to £25,207 per year.
What will you be doing?

- Support packaging/disc-label localisation so that all deliverables are available at Paramount’s replicator on time, confirm packaging specifications to replicator
- Ensure existing Licensee details, including pricing, MOQ’s, credit limits etc. are up to date and shared with Paramount’s replicator
- Support sub-licensing initiatives by reporting on asset availability (incl. languages) for provided titles/market.
- Maintain source content and check disc distribution lists, ensuring relevant contacts are updated on time
- Prepare reports as requested to support International and Domestic Operations teams
- Support Licensee markets with any non-conformance/quality issues
- Support local authoring initiatives
- Raise purchase orders in SAP, and manage any miscellaneous stock requisition/shipping requests
- Help develop and standardize existing process documentation
- Maintain product sample library & manage product sample requests from internal & external clients
- General reporting / admin tasks
What are we looking for?

- A recent school or university leaver with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing, a related field, or relevant work experience in a corporate office environment, ready to kick-start a career in media.
- PC literate, with good Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with team members, management, third-party vendors, and international stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, and consistently meets deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented when dealing with challenges.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Bright, energetic, confident, and curious. Someone who enjoys a hands-on internship
- High levels of integrity and honesty.
- Passion for film, with good product knowledge.
- Genuine curiosity about the industry and enthusiasm for the role.
All interns must be:

- Over 18 years of age and a recent school leaver or graduate.
- Eligible to work in the UK full-time for the full duration — indefinitely or with a valid visa. Proof of eligibility will be requested later in the process.
