This role plays a key part in bringing exceptional content to audiences—supporting both brand growth and subscription performance for Paramount+. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Content, the Marketing Executive contributes across the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing communications and campaigns for both new and returning series.
In this role, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on brief and on schedule. You will provide support across integrated, through‑the‑line campaigns and key projects (including campaign asset delivery, timeline coordination, budget tracking, WIP reporting, and meeting facilitation).
Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you will build strong partnerships across internal teams—including programming, creative, PR, digital, growth marketing, partnerships, and international colleagues—as well as external agency partners.
What will you be doing?
Campaign Management

Supporting the development and delivery of integrated 360° marketing campaigns (Creative, Media, Social, PR, Performance, Lifecycle and Partnerships) that drive awareness, consideration, and subscription intent

Building collaborative relationships with internal creative teams and external agencies, alongside media planning, publicity, research, growth marketing and social, to help shape impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences

Partnering closely with creative and media teams to interpret campaign performance and insights, using these learnings to inform future planning and optimisation

Contributing to the creation of presentations for key internal and external stakeholders

Coordinating with internal commissioners, production and distribution partners to manage key assets and materials, including imagery, footage and copyright

Staying informed on marketing trends and industry developments, bringing forward relevant insights and ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness
Brand Management

Developing a strong understanding of the brand’s personality, target audiences and values, and supporting the consistent, authentic expression of these across all marketing activity

Contributing to the development and delivery of brand materials, while supporting brand guardianship across the business

Ensuring all outputs align with marketing guidelines and clearly communicate key messaging priorities

Supporting the evolution of brand strategy and marketing communications plans, including research, target setting, commercial growth objectives and campaign ideation

Preparing content‑priority materials and slides for affiliate partners
