To support the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager in delivering first class campaigns for all Paramount Pictures Theatrical films.
What will you be doing?

Work with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to brief and manage the Creative Agencies and the Media Agency.

Support internal approvals of media plans before formal sign off.
-
Lead and assist on branding of all screening events.
-
Support the briefing of Media Partners on media partnerships as appropriate.

Attend all Media Agency meetings and input into the media planning process.
-
Coordinate and support the team to create and adapt creative materials.
-
Ensure agreed spot rotations are supplied to the AV agency in a timely manner.

Ensure all print creative is supplied/printed within deadlines.
-
Work with the team on briefings of experiential events and ensuring successful completion of any activations.

Oversee the workload and training of the Marketing intern.

Coordinate with the team to create summit decks, wrap reports and other reporting documents as required.

Work with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to supply Weekly Spend Information and Tracking Summaries to the UK MD in a timely manner.

Ensure post campaign media reports are compiled and learnings shared.

Raise PO’s as required and ensure finance compliance.

Maintain strong relationships with other departments to ensure all activations are shared with the wider Marketing Team in a transparent and timely manner.

Where needed support the wider team on events such as Premiere’s.

To arrange and facilitate relevant team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Essential

Understanding of the UK theatrical marketing landscape

Experience in a fast-paced marketing department (preferably within the entertainment industry)

· Fluent English, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· PC literate, with intermediate skills in Excel and Word, advanced in Outlook and PowerPoint

· Organised and thorough, with the ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and multitask

· Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Willing to work out of hours
