We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. • Support business and retail teams with design pitches, working with retailers to develop relevant and considered product ranges.
  • Research, develop, and deliver original creative projects where needed, including identifying gaps in available assets.
  • Create and maintain tools that support efficient product development processes, such as training materials and brand guides, tailored to regional needs.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and the BALA team to ensure product development aligns with contractual agreements.
  • Stay informed about design, creative, and product development trends, identifying new product categories and opportunities where appropriate.
  • Research consumer trends and competitor products to help inform design direction and highlight regional insights and gaps.
  • Coordinate sample management, including organising products for trade shows, partner meetings, and marketing or PR activity.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve creative output by exploring new approaches that are relevant, practical, and aligned with business needs.
  • Contribute design perspectives in key meetings, including retail meetings and partner sessions.

What are we looking for?

  • A Technical qualification related to design or product development.
  • Experience working in product development, ideally within a licensing environment.
  • A good understanding of the licensing industry, including contracts and agreements.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • An additional language is an advantage.
  • Experience in children’s product development is beneficial.
  • Experience working with retail partners and retail-focused design.

How you work

  • Able to manage multiple projects at different stages with strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions and prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines.
  • Approaches work with a positive, practical, and solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Able to work independently while remaining flexible and open to feedback.
  • A supportive team member who responds promptly and collaborates well with others.
