The service offers European audiences curated free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels and on-demand content. Viewers can enjoy their favorite shows, movies and classic MTV content and the best children’s content from Nickelodeon, alongside global content from Paramount’s vast portfolio.

Performance Marketing Manager – Pluto TV UK

 

Is this the role for you?
In this role located in our office in London (Hawley Crescent, Camden Town), we are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the opportunity to be part of an innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced entertainment brand.


You’ll join a collaborative and passionate team of in-house Digital media specialists. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing the digital campaigns aiming to recruit customers for Pluto TV, Paramount’s AVOD/FAST streaming service, in the UK.

 

What will you be doing? 
Main responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven user growth marketing strategies on Mobile, Web & Connected TV devices.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across Search, Paid Social, CTV, Display/Video campaigns,etc.
  • Manage the overall performance marketing budget and maintain weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance and budgets across all channels.
  • Plan and launch A/B tests for creative optimization, ad copy, promotional cadence and segment discovery.
  • Optimize and scale existing channels while identifying, evaluating, and recommending new platforms for testing.
  • Cooperating closely with different partners within the organization including Branding, Retention, Creative, Programming, Product & BI teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate qualitative data into recommendations, optimizations and meaningful insights for the broader business.

 

What are we looking for?
We believe you are someone with a keen interest and enthusiasm in working within the fast-moving media industry with a passion for content and entertainment - particularly for TV, Movies, and streaming.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing / user acquisition.
  • Proven experience across the major paid channels especially Social media platforms, Search engines, Programmatic buying, CTV & OTT advertising.
  • Technical understanding of Media Tracking and Attribution Models, with a proven track record of monitoring and reporting performance via industry-standard MMPs (such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations.
  • A positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a genuine passion for the evolving streaming and entertainment landscape.
  • Ability to adapt and navigate in a fast changing & international environment.


Key requirements:

  • Digital media buying background with strong analytics acumen and Data-driven mindset.
  • Genuine appetite for media tracking, data crunching and advanced dashboarding.
  • Prior experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) is highly regarded.
  • Background in App Marketing or the Streaming industry is a significant plus, though not mandatory.
