Is this the role for you?
The Airtime Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Ad Sales, working collaboratively across international teams to ensure advertising campaigns are accurately planned, delivered and reported.
You’ll partner closely with regional ATP teams and internal stakeholders, coordinating Velocity International airtime requirements and centrally managing the end‑to‑end trafficking of materials.
A core part of the role is supporting the Commercial Operations Manager in the management of commercial airtime for Velocity International sales, UK & Ireland carriage deal commitments and UK commercial initiatives, helping to ensure smooth delivery against agreed plans and deadlines.
What will you be doing
Booking / Planning

Collaborate with Sales teams and international regions to ensure advertising campaigns are booked and delivered in line with client requirements.

Ensure revenue is entered accurately across all channels in line with agreed TV media plans, reconciling on‑air and sponsorship revenue against delivery reports.

Forecast UK & Ireland inventory airtime to Sky, working in partnership with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Manage monthly and annual inventory submissions to Sky for both the UK and Ireland, using data and insight to help optimise inventory performance.

Set up orders, customers and agencies accurately within booking systems, subject to credit approval processes.

Identify opportunities to improve airtime processes and reporting, supporting efficiency and accuracy.

Create agendas and lead weekly forecasting meetings with internal Sales teams to review and plan UK & Ireland airtime delivery.
TV Advert Administration

Coordinate the receipt of commercial adverts from media agencies and clients.

Ensure UK adverts are approved by Clearcast and meet all regulatory requirements.

Ensure adverts are ready for transmission (TX) from playout and delivered in line with technical specifications and deadlines.

Confirm adverts for other markets are cleared with the relevant legal teams.

Deliver adverts to international markets via the appropriate delivery routes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout.
Coordination & Stakeholder Support

Liaise with regional ATP teams to communicate Velocity commercial airtime requirements clearly and effectively.

Maintain awareness of inventory availability across Paramount channels to support informed decision‑making.

Compile pre‑ and post‑schedule information for on‑air campaigns.

Ensure full transmission of schedules, delivering campaigns in line with confirmed plans and bookings.

Keep Velocity Sales teams informed of regional campaigns and creative deadlines.

Act as a key point of contact for escalation, supporting timely resolution of issues.
What are we looking for?

Experience within a television advertising or airtime environment.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when working with numerical data.

Advanced Excel skills, with experience using industry‑specific sales or booking systems preferred.
