THE ROLE
We’re seeking a highly strategic, globally minded Senior Vice President, Finance to lead the finance function for Paramount International Networks. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role partnering closely with the International Networks leadership team and senior executives across London and Los Angeles.
Reporting to the SVP Finance, Global Content Distribution, this leader will help shape the trajectory of the business, drive growth, and ensure financial excellence.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a global environment, is energized by complexity, and enjoys operating across time zones including meaningful collaboration with our Senior Leadership Team in Los Angeles, which will at times require flexibility and longer working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic and Financial Leadership
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the International Networks leadership team; influence key decisions with clear, data‑driven insights.
- Lead monthly, annual, and long‑range financial planning for a diverse and evolving global portfolio.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring transparency, rigor, and integrity in every deliverable.
- Identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and improved financial performance.
Cross‑Functional Influence & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with the GCD Senior Leadership Team and Corporate Finance, offering sharp insights into performance trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain close relationships with key teams including controllership, tax, investor relations, and regional finance groups.
- Operate seamlessly within a global matrix organization, supporting cross‑regional business operations and strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically dispersed finance team of six direct reports.
- Build a culture of collaboration, excellence, development, and accountability across borders.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred).
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles in FP&A, full P&L ownership, and global matrixed organizations.
