About the role

 

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Streaming FP&A team, supporting international markets while working closely with global stakeholders.

 

This role sits at the heart of financial planning for streaming platforms (including Paramount+ and Pluto TV), helping turn data into clear insights that support business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

 

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support monthly close, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
  • Consolidate financial commentary and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage and coordinate the planning calendar across teams
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to track risks and opportunities

 

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear, accurate reporting on financial performance and KPIs
  • Provide variance analysis with meaningful, decision-focused commentary
  • Build and maintain presentation materials for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams to understand key performance drivers

 

Systems & Projects

  • Work with systems teams to improve reporting tools and automation
  • Support the transition to Oracle planning tools
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and strategic projects

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

You don’t need to tick every box, if this role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you.

  • Experience in FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting (typically 4+ years)
  • Comfortable working with financial data and large datasets
  • Strong Excel skills (experience with SAP, TM1, Longview is a plus)
  • Able to explain financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
