What will you be doing?
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, such as impression delivery, reach, frequency, content quality, device analysis, eCPM and overall yield performance.

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across digital channels and sales and planning processes.

Develop and generate detailed reports with actionable insights to inform sales strategies, campaign decisions, and customer-facing post-campaign analysis.

Create and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards to visualize key metrics, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.
Campaign Optimization and Sales Process Improvement:

Design and implement efficient digital sales workflows, focusing on campaign forecasting, yield maximization, and media planning decisions driven by data analysis.

Continuously review and refine digital sales and planning processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital sales strategies with broader business goals.
Technology Management and Implementation:

Ensure data accuracy within CRM and digital ad ops systems, enabling sales teams to make informed decisions with up-to-date information.

Select, implement, and optimize digital sales technologies, including CRM platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems.

Monitor the performance of systems and platforms, identifying areas for technical improvement and new tools to support sales initiatives.
Sales Enablement:

Collaborate in creation of digital sales content (e.g., product presentations and collaterals) to support the sales process.

Provide ongoing coaching to planning and sales representatives on best practices for digital selling and process improvement.

Ensure sales and planning teams are equipped with the tools and resources needed to leverage digital sales platforms and drive results.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with sales, planning and operations, product, research and BI teams to align digital sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Communicate key performance metrics and sales insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Partner with leadership to address challenges and optimize sales performance across digital channels.
What are we looking for?
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel) with the ability to interpret complex sales data and generate actionable insights.
- CRM Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and experience managing data within these platforms to support sales efforts.
- Digital Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with digital sales channels and ad managers (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager and social media channels) and their role in driving online sales.
- Sales Process Optimization: Ability to design, implement, and improve digital sales processes to increase operational efficiency and conversion rates.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including technology implementations and process improvements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor and coach planning teams, fostering growth and ensuring effective digital sales execution.
