- Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives to support platform optimisation.
- Key point of contact within the Streaming team for external distribution partners such as Amazon, Sky, Google, Roku, and Apple—representing 5 Streaming in high-level technical and commercial discussions.
- Define and continuously improve delivery frameworks and planning processes.
- Work closely with the Product and Analytics teams to establish clear measures of success for product initiatives.
- Identify and manage project-level risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with the PMO.
- Manage vendor forecasting and engineering resource planning to maintain alignment with approved budgets.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, working groups and steering committees, encouraging timely, evidence-based decision-making.
- Mentor mid-level project managers, driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Encourage cross-team collaboration with internal partners including, but not limited to, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Marketing and Distribution.
- Proactively update documentation associated with product initiatives and project governance.
- Work with senior sponsors to define project scope and ensure effective, timely communication to maintain partner engagement.

- Great track record of delivering technology projects in agile environments.
- Good understanding of working with multidisciplinary teams including QA, Engineering and Operations.
- Strong partner engagement and communication skills.
- Solid grasp of streaming technologies and VOD ecosystems (e.g. content management systems, ad tech, user authentication, CTVs & native apps).
- Demonstrated success in managing third-party vendors and external development partners.
- Ability to influence partners and multi-functional teams.
- Experience preparing reports and presenting at senior steering and executive boards.
- Strong financial acumen—confidence managing budgets, purchase orders, forecasts, invoices and tracking vendor costs.

- Background of working in media technology or ad tech environments.
- Previous experience working closely with product and technology leaders to influence strategic decisions.
- Passion for product design and user experience within apps.
- Understanding of test automation technologies and frameworks.
- Experience working with Apple, Android, HTML & Roku platforms.
