As a senior member of the Digital Brand Team, you'll be a core part of the Digital & Social team and wider business, working closely with colleagues in Press, Marketing, Programming and Creative teams to keep collaboration strong, while acting as an advocate for digital.
Creative, experienced and organised, you'll manage a Junior Social Media Producer and freelance video editors, helping your team reach its full potential.
What you will be doing?
- Working closely with the Digital Brand Lead, you'll own end-to-end social campaigns in support of IP across the portfolio — from ideation and pre-production through production, workflow, timelines, asset development, scheduling and delivery to international regions
- You'll build strong relationships across teams, working with Programming, Production, Marketing, Creative and PR to drive clear communication and execution of digital plans
- You'll lead social content decisions for the properties you own, driving long-term strategy, pre-planned campaigns and day-to-day editorial decisions in line with departmental KPIs
- You'll help develop and produce shows-adjacent shortform series
- You'll manage multiple social campaigns at once, streamlining for efficiency while crafting thoughtful strategies to best serve unique audiences
- Depending on individual project needs, you'll manage the workload of freelance social producers and editors
- You'll work with key social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube, as well as scouting out emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand
- You'll develop and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns, monitoring regularly to understand what's working and recommending continuous improvements
- You'll be a strong advocate for digital, building relationships across the company and industry
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing a team of social media producers and editors, and collaborating with internal and external partners
- A proven track record delivering results on social campaigns, with the ability to develop strategy from scratch, pitch big ideas internally and externally, multi-task and prioritise, manage a high volume of campaigns, plus a drive for testing, learning and making insight and data-driven decisions
- Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
- Experience in managing behind-the-scenes shoots, both on location and remotely
- A passion for social media and understanding of its impact on the business, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices
