Paramount Pictures UK is on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and driven intern to join our Theatrical Marketing team for an unforgettable 12-month paid placement. Based in our vibrant Chiswick office, this is your chance to dive into the world of film and TV, starting end September 2026.
This is an opportunity to work on a range of films and learn about film distribution for those interested in film marketing specifically, for films being released in UK cinemas. This marketing team looks after all cinema releases and experience will be gained across the following fields and each film will have a unique approach: media campaigns, creative campaigns, experiential activities, stunts and various production shoots, premieres, various screenings, strategies and internal and external reporting.
The placement pays the London Living Wage of £96.95 per day, paid monthly — equivalent to £25,207 per year.
What will you be doing?

- Create, update, and maintain department reports on campaign status.
- Build internal presentations, including mock-ups of ideas.
- Assist with reporting and collating coverage for internal reports.
- Update internal documents.
- Research and monitor competitor campaigns and other brand activations.
- Support events and screenings — logistics, ticketing, guest lists, runner duties, etc.
- Handle ad hoc administrative responsibilities.
- Manage assets.
- Liaise with vendors on orders and processes.
- Report on budgets.
- Contribute creative input in brainstorms and reviews.
- Request, order, and review materials.
- Monitor PPUK assets on exhibitor websites.
What are we looking for?

- A recent school or university leaver with a bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience in a corporate office environment, ready to kick-start a career in media.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage own workload and deliver accurate work to strict deadlines.
- Resilient, adaptable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate changes quickly.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and always maintains a professional approach.
- Strong communicator who handles day-to-day exchanges with clarity and engages openly in two-way feedback.
- Confident, approachable team player who builds rapport quickly and collaborates effectively across functions.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
- Confident with numbers and a clear, articulate writer.
- Flexible approach to working hours — able to work some weekends or evenings as required.
- A genuine interest in film and the film distribution process.
- Sense of humour.
All interns must be:

- Over 18 years of age and a recent school leaver or graduate.
- Eligible to work in the UK full-time for the full duration — indefinitely or with a valid visa. Proof of eligibility will be requested later in the process.
