  • Help to test and validate business requirements by working closely with the product lead, end users, and the technical teams.
  • Experience with training and change management initiatives to maximize usability and empower our stakeholders with tools, solutions, and processes that drive operational excellence.
  • Help analyze operational feedback and assist with identifying opportunities for enhancements by recommending system changes, UI/UX improvements, and workflow optimizations.
  • Help maintain a standardized, scalable, and user-friendly experience across the HR product ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, HR systems, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; deliver clear documentation, process mapping, and training material.
  • Familiarity with gathering requirements, drafting user stories, documenting business processes, and supporting cross-functional technical projects.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to explain complex processes simply.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
