The Emerging Talent team’s mission is to serve as a strategic pipeline for early career and future leadership talent.
We are looking for a hands‑on recruiter to support internship and full‑time (below Manager roles) hiring across all Corporate functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and more. In this role, you will help shape outreach strategy, strengthen partnerships, and position Paramount as a top destination for talent. You’ll bring the drive and passion needed to deliver a extraordinary experience for both candidates and hiring partners, while working alongside a high‑performing recruiting team.
This is a 9-month project-based contract position with option to extend.
Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate internships and full‑time (below Manager roles) across functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Global Business Services, and Operations
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, spearheading recruitment processes that ensure competitive candidate slates
- Partner closely with HR business partners and corporate leaders to understand evolving talent needs across entry‑level pipelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate interns, curating meaningful development programming and experiences
- Represent Paramount at internal/external recruitment events, including campus engagements, career fairs, and industry‑specific activations
- Champion consistency in recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with internal standards, policies, and best practices
- Contribute to building and maintaining robust relationships with external organizations, student groups, and early‑career talent programs
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally within early‑career and corporate functional recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related field
- Strong knowledge of full‑lifecycle recruitment, including pre‑qualification, interviewing, assessing, and closing candidates across multiple job families
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner successfully with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners
- Solid client service mentality with great written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while setting clear expectations with stakeholders
- Experience partnering with student groups, universities, and external early‑career talent organizations
- High degree of flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Additional Qualifications
- Experience working within media, entertainment, or broadcast is a plus
- Knowledge with ATS tools such as SuccessFactors and related HR/recruiting technologies (video interviewing, assessment platforms, etc.)

Hiring Salary Range: $80000.0 - 95000.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
