Overview 
The Partner Marketing team at Paramount’s Transactional division is looking for a Creative Asset Coordinator. This role requires someone who is very organized and pays attention to details. The coordinator will help to manage and deliver creative assets to our retail and brand partners. This role supports film and television releases by ensuring retail partners such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home have the on-spec assets needed to merchandise and sell titles digitally.

The coordinator serves as a central point of contact between internal Brand Marketing teams and external retail partners, managing high-volume creative workflows in a dynamic environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, operations, and partnerships. You’ll support high-profile film and TV releases, collaborate with skilled teams, and play a key role in how content is presented across major digital storefronts.

 


Responsibilities 
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and brand partners for creative asset requests
•    Manage trafficking, routing, approvals, and delivery of a high volume of assets
•    Ensure assets meet platform specifications and brand guidelines
•    Design and create creative assets on ad-hoc basis as needed
•    Track asset status, approvals, and delivery timelines across multiple campaigns and promotions
•    Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Legal, and external agencies to support campaign execution
•    Clearly communicate timelines, requirements and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
•    Balance multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
•    Review creative assets to ensure accuracy, spec compliance, and brand consistency
•    Proactively identify and address issues prior to final delivery
•    Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
•    Support best practices for asset management workflows
•    Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within creative processes
•    Utilize asset tracking systems and workflow management tools such (e.g. Airtable preferred)

 


Basic Qualifications 
•    1+ year of experience in creative asset creation, trafficking, or delivery within a high-volume environment (Strong internship experience considered) 
•    Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
•    Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
•    Demonstrated attention to detail in a deadline-driven, multitasking environment 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate successfully across teams and with senior management
•    You should be self-motivated and focused on results. It is also important to be agile and flexible. You need to be highly organized as well.

 

 
Additional Qualifications
•    Knowledge of AV and artwork file specifications and formats 
•    Experience using Airtable or similar workflow or project management tools
•    Interest in film and television marketing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
