Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join the Digital Distribution team! This role will support the domestic Digital Distribution and Sales group by managing key software tools (such as Salesforce), conducting ad hoc research projects, and working across departments to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations. 

 

This position reports directly to the Executive Director, Digital Distribution and works closely with a wide range of internal teams, including Customer Marketing, Sales Planning, Legal, IT, Brand Marketing, Deal Management, Product Fulfillment, Accounting, Market Intelligence, Finance, Publicity, and Facilities.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and a strong communicator who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting the creation and tracking of promotional pricing documents, so precision and accountability are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategies to grow distribution and revenue of Paramount Global content across online transactional platforms (both existing and emerging), including market research, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials
  • Support the ongoing operation of Salesforce and other relevant internal systems, helping expand these skill sets across the Digital Distribution and Sales team
  • Manage meeting logistics: schedule meetings, collect and circulate agendas, and accurately record and distribute minutes
  • Provide general support for sales summits, trade events, and markets such as LA Screenings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow and effective communication
  • Maintain and organize departmental documents and records
  • Create visitor gate passes and handle office duties such as ordering supplies
  • Add to a culture of success and ongoing achievement of business goals
  • Perform other projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • 1-2+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced-level skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
