Overview and Responsibilities
This position supports the EVP of Theatrical Marketing and two SVPs of Marketing Strategy across a high-volume slate of theatrical film campaigns. The role sits at the center of the theatrical marketing organization, coordinating across senior executives, filmmakers, talent representatives, internal marketing disciplines and external partners.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring exceptional organization, judgment and communication skills. The coordinator will manage a significant volume of high-profile meetings and campaign activity while also contributing to marketing strategy, competitive analysis, presentations and special projects across the theatrical slate.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Executive & Department Coordination
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars for the EVP and two SVPs, including campaign strategy meetings, filmmaker and talent meetings, screenings, creative reviews, senior leadership meetings and external partner presentations.
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple executives and stakeholders, frequently balancing competing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the Strategy team and internal departments including Creative Advertising, Digital, Publicity, Media, Research, Promotions, Partnerships, International Marketing and Distribution.
- Coordinate meetings with filmmakers, producers, talent representatives, agencies, exhibitors, promotional partners and other high-profile external stakeholders.
- Coordinate screenings, presentations and other campaign-related meetings and events.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Theatrical Marketing & Strategy
- Support the EVP and SVPs across the development and execution of marketing strategies for a high-volume theatrical slate.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of campaign strategy presentations, filmmaker presentations, executive updates and other marketing materials.
- Conduct research and analysis on competitive films, campaigns, audience trends, cultural moments and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Monitor competitive theatrical campaigns and prepare concise reports highlighting relevant strategies, creative, partnerships, publicity, digital and media activity.
- Help maintain campaign materials, creative assets, presentations and other key documents across the slate.
- Participate in campaign meetings and assist with communication and coordination across marketing disciplines.
- Support special projects and high-priority initiatives for the EVP and SVPs as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience, including internships.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous entertainment, marketing, agency or related industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in theatrical marketing, entertainment and popular culture.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Apple products.
- Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms.

- Ability to prioritize effectively and respond quickly as schedules and campaign needs evolve.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Resourceful, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating across a large organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $52,000.00 - 62,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
