Responsibilities:
- Global Digital Strategy
- Lead international digital strategy for all Paramount Pictures theatrical releases, aligning global vision with local market execution
- Develop comprehensive, platform-first digital roadmaps that support campaign goals across awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Partner closely with the SVP, Global Digital Marketing to ensure strategies align with overall global marketing objectives
- Social Media & Creative Leadership
- Oversee international social media creative strategy across all major platforms, ensuring brand consistency while allowing for local market customization
- Manage and collaborate with external creative agencies, guiding ideation, asset development, and execution at a high creative standard
- Provide strategic feedback and approvals on creative assets, messaging, and content calendars
- Paid Media & Custom Programs
- Lead the execution of paid digital media custom programs in collaboration with media and platform partners
- Identify and develop innovative digital opportunities, including platform-specific takeovers, emerging formats, and premium custom executions
- Work closely with media teams to align paid media strategies with creative and audience insights
- Influencer & Creator Programs
- Develop and oversee international influencer and creator strategies that authentically connect films with culturally relevant voices
- Guide territory teams and agencies on creator selection, campaign structure, and best practices across markets
- Ensure influencer programs are measurable, brand-safe, and aligned with campaign objectives
- International Collaboration
- Act as the primary digital liaison between global headquarters and international territory teams
- Provide strategic guidance, tools, and frameworks to support local execution while encouraging innovation and market-specific insights
- Foster robust cross-functional relationships with regional marketing, publicity, media, and partnerships teams
- Reporting & Insights
- Oversee global digital reporting, synthesizing performance data, insights, and learnings across territories
- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns in real time and inform future releases
- Present results, trends, and strategic takeaways to senior management
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience managing international or global campaigns, preferably in entertainment or media
- Proven leadership in developing and executing large-scale digital and social campaigns for high-profile brands or releases
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, paid media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends
- Strategic thinker with a deep creative sensibility and data-driven mindset
- Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-profile, deadline-driven environment
- Affinity for film, storytelling, and global audiences
- Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented leadership style
- Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $120,000.00 - 140,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
