Overview:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide strategic executive team to a team of project managers across multiple pods.

Set goals, prioritize initiatives, and ensure accountability across all projects and pod teams.

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Align pod outputs with broader business goals and support standardization of practices.

Monitor project pipelines, identify capacity challenges, and partner with pod leads to rebalance resources.

Develop and maintain centralized tools, dashboards, and tracking systems for executive team visibility.

Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the SVP of Creative.

Translate creative priorities into executable plans with clear milestones.

Manage vendor setup and track invoice processing in collaboration with the Finance team.

Organize and facilitate internal and external creative review meetings.

Serves as senior point of contact for any 3rd party studio communication.

Partner with Finance and SVP to manage the global creative budget and inform financial stakeholders.

Establish and oversee secure file sharing software systems for internal and external purposes.

Partner across the Consumer Products organization and other departments to ensure deliverables are clearly scoped and coordinated.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree required.

6+ years of experience in a Creative Project Management role.

Insight with modern file-sharing and project management tools.
Additional Qualifications:

Proven management and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with proficient multi-tasking abilities.

Solid comprehension of creative disciplines and project workflows.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 165,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
