Overview
This in-office role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the broader Product and Technology leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic problem solver - especially when it comes to time management for the executive and managing time with the team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, meticulous, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to the operational rhythm of the Product & Technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CPO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, external partners, and collaborators across departments, working closely with the other executive leadership admin teams.
- Screen and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the CPO.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Process monthly expense reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents.
- Support planning and execution of team offsites, product reviews, and leadership summits.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and department coordinators to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Track key product achievements and assist in compiling updates for executive reporting.
- Automate / Improve Executive Support Using AI.
- Use project management software (Asana) to track open items and needs from executive and surrounding collaborations.
- Conduct research and gather data to support critical initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a tech or product-driven organization.
- Able to work outside of normal business hours and be on call as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, or Notion.
- Experience using AI technologies to streamline and enhance administrative tasks.

- Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Self-starter with good judgment and attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $110,000.00 - 130,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
