Executive Assistant, EVP & CFO Filmed Entertainment

OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paramount Global is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for the EVP, CFO for Filmed Entertainment. This highly visible role requires someone capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and appropriately handling sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion. Be able to anticipate the needs of a busy executive and take initiative to solve problems thoughtfully and independently. You will partner daily with the support staff of our C-Suite Senior Executives. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is proactive, able to prioritize effectively for the EVP, collaborate with others and work well under tight deadlines. Work in office 3-4 days/week; hours: 8:30a-6:30p PT.
- Assist with managing the EVP’s calendar, including scheduling internal meetings and coordinating logistics for larger gatherings with multiple participants and locations.
- Help ensure timely arrivals and appropriate meeting prep (agendas, printed materials, room readiness).
- Support with filing, document preparation, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
- Monitor and triage incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
- Assist with preparing travel itineraries and compiling related documents; may input expenses for submission.
- Prepare visitor gate passes and help coordinate occasional office moves or visitor hosting.
- Assist with department-wide needs such as ordering supplies, coordinating facilities requests, and supporting general office operations.
- Provide occasional administrative support to other Finance leaders and their teams.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient office environment for the Finance department.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of proven success supporting executives and/or senior executive team
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Able to work overtime and be on call as needed
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest in film with knowledge of industry concepts and theatrical properties a plus
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 75,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
