Overview & Responsibilities:
Join the dynamic Paramount Kids & Family Global Marketing department as an Executive Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the SVP, Executive Creative Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that markets some of the most iconic brands and characters in Kids & Family entertainment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serve as a gatekeeper for the SVP, managing access and communications to ensure efficient workflow

Manage the SVP’s daily calendar with high level of detail; eliminate conflicts and schedule meetings with internal and external attendees of multiple time zones

Attend meetings/calls with the SVP and take detailed notes
-
Coordinate creative reviews for the SVP, either via meetings or email review
-
Gather materials for review and distribute feedback and notes
-
Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries and compile travel documentation as needed
-
Prepare travel and expense reports on Concur system
-
Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings including securing conference rooms, arranging catering, preparing presentations and agendas, etc.

Manage technical setups for meetings, including video conferencing equipment and software
-
Create, maintain, and organize internal documents (i.e. agendas, distribution lists, awards and budget trackers, etc)
-
Perform additional administrative duties such as ordering lunches, preparing guest passes, and ordering office supplies
-
Assist with planning and execution of department events, such as team-building activities, off-site meetings, or celebrations
-
Act as the West Coast support for the marketing team spread across many different Los Angeles offices
-
Work closely with other EAs to optimize support functions for the marketing department
-
Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible
-
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations
-
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
-
As needed, provide support to other department SVPs
Basic Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of executive assistant experience, supporting a senior-level executive desk
-
Proven track record of managing complex and dynamic calendars
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
-
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
-
Experience with travel coordination and expense reporting
Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Familiarity with the entertainment industry and marketing concepts
-
Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented problem solver

Ability to interface effectively with senior management and external partners
-
Strong team player with the ability to work independently

A sense of humor, positive disposition, and appreciation for youth culture

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 65,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
