Overview and Responsibilities

Studio Content Operations & Global Distribution (SCOGD) is where Paramount’s television content begins its journey to audiences around the world. Our organization spans Post‑Production operations, Digital Asset Management, Marketing Localization, Content Localization, Metadata & Data Governance, Fulfillment, Global Screenings, Studio QC, and more. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the EVP and three SVPs, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
  • Manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, prioritizing engagements, and coordinating departmental logistics across Studio Content Operations & Global Distribution.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare detailed travel itineraries and memos, and reconcile and submit expense reports.
  • Maintain the department PTO calendar and assist with updating organizational charts and managing distribution email lists.
  • Coordinate divisional staff meetings, offsites, and department training.
  • Oversee office supply ordering and distribution; maintain departmental storage rooms and materials inventory.
  • Create shipping labels and coordinate domestic and international shipments for assets, documents, and materials.
  • Oversee and manage the department’s conference room booking schedule, coordinating reservations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring meeting spaces are properly allocated and prepared.
  • Collaborate with Paramount Global Facilities to coordinate departmental needs, including space planning, maintenance requests, and logistical support for meetings, drive on passes and operational initiatives.

 

Financial Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for team support related to financial system Fusion, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Manage and act as the main liaison for Graphite vendor onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
  • Track and follow up on overdue invoices flagged by vendors, partnering with internal teams to facilitate resolution.
  • Maintain and update coding lists and submit requests for new show coding as needed to support financial and operational workflows.

 

Program Operations & Asset Management

  • Coordinate storage logistics with offsite vendors such as Iron Mountain, including box delivery, retrieval, and inventory management.
  • Research and reconcile records to verify asset locations, track movement, and confirm archival status.
  • Prepare electronic screeners for global distribution via the Indee platform, including formatting key art and photography as needed.
  • Support archival workflows by reviewing, curating, and uploading materials for both current and legacy titles.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting administrative and financial workflows in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle or similar accounting software preferred.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with physical media and digital file formats, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specifications is beneficial.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 65,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
