This position is responsible for providing a full range of administrative & coordinating support for the Head of International Media Networks and Head of Finance for International and GCD. This is an onsite role that will require (5) days in office out of our Paramount Pictures Studio Lot.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Manages executive’s calendar and schedules/coordinates meetings and appointments.
• Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence.
• Arranges detailed and extensive international travel plans and itineraries and compiles documents and expenses for travel-related meetings.
• Arranges meetings or conferences by arranging conference rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations and coordinating handouts.
• Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
• Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents such as expense reports.
• Assistance with word documents, excel and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support the development of presentations and reports by providing relevant research findings.
• Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents.
• Distributes mail and maintain office supplies.
• Provide flexible support across departments during high-volume periods or special initiatives.
• Assist with one-off projects, urgent requests, or time-sensitive assignments as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to cross-functional efforts, including event coordination, internal communications, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide backup support during team absences or unexpected challenges to ensure continuity.
• Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on miscellaneous tasks that support departmental goals.
• Works closely with other divisions for premieres, conferences, and festivals.
• Sets up group Lot Tours. Meetings and lunches for clients.
• Handle screening and event coordination.
Basic Qualifications / Skills:
• Minimum 1 years of related experience
• Proficiency with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Midas, SharePoint, Outlook
• Experience of working in an international environment
• Good relationship building skills
• Ability to act and deliver under tight deadlines with a calm manner
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time
• Problem solver & Team builder
• Works independently as well as part of the team
• Attention to detail at all times
• Positive attitude and willing to help at all times
• Identifies and consistently meets necessary deadlines
• Multi-tasker and prioritizes to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner

• Remain on-call during travel periods (e.g., conventions, premieres, territory visits), including evenings and weekends, to ensure smooth execution and provide support for any necessary adjustments.
Desired Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in Entertainment Industry a plus
• Must be familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
• System savvy
• Self-motivated, self-starter

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
