Executive Assistant
 
Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Production Platform. This role requires solid organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The EA will manage executive schedules, including booking in-person and Zoom meetings with internal or external attendees, and serve as a key point of coordination while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing comprehensive calendar management across time zones.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics and detailed itineraries.
  • Preparing daily briefings and coordinating executive briefing logistics at vendor facilities.
  • Organizing large events in partnership with security, facility, and catering teams.
  • Handling expense reports, invoices, and various administrative projects as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Exemplary time management skills and the ability to proficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Experience in meeting support, including agenda creation, minute taking, and action item tracking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
