Overview:

The Executive Director leads the planning and development of marketing campaigns for Paramount films, overseeing execution and analysis, and delivering new viewers and subscribers for Paramount+.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing go-to-market plans and marketing tactics for select upcoming P+ Original films and Post-theatrical titles

  • Developing best-in-class creative executions for titles in partnership with various creative and design teams

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase exposure of titles in our owned, earned, and paid media channels across Paramount Global and ensuring seamless execution

  • Reviewing and analyzing the success of our marketing campaigns

  • Identifying and developing incremental marketing tactics and opportunities by marketing channel to drive additional viewership and acquisition

  • Work alongside Home Entertainment leads to plan and implement successful post-theatrical title campaigns, ensuring all key strategies, timing, and findings are utilized

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 7+ years of entertainment marketing experience

  • Proven track record in driving awareness, interest, and viewing for series, films, and/or top-tier entertainment IP

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships cross-functionally and with the Executive team

  • Proven ability and experience in conceptualizing and implementing ideas in the online advertising space

  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results

  • Positive mentality and ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and partners

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to shift strategies and be flexible in day-to-day operations

  • Proven ability to think big but also get into the weeds as needed

 

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital streaming subscription services, driving Original Series and film marketing

  • Prior experience in a creative, marketing, or ad agency is a plus

  • Shown ability to meet deadlines with exemplary attention to detail

  • Passionate about all things pop culture and entertainment!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $140,000.00 - 170,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
