Responsibilities:
- Support the SVP in preparing work materials and documents
- Organize, file, and distribute internal and external agreements and correspondence
- Manage daily administrative tasks: answer phones, roll calls, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, manage email and mail, handle visitor requests, update contacts, prepare expense reports, and order supplies
- Maintain a tickler system for follow-ups and track project and deal status updates
- Draft and generate letters, term sheets, and internal deal memos using a database system
- Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external contacts as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in entertainment or legal environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and internet applications
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with staff, senior executives, talent representatives, and external partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-starter with strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion
- Flexible, resourceful, team-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced setting

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $52,000.00 - 58,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
