Responsibilities: 

  • Support the growth and optimization of revenue through licensing all Paramount Global content to domestic partners across linear, cable, broadcast, and digital platforms
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies for library content, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market trends
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the domestic media landscape, including regional broadcasters, cable networks, AVOD, SVOD, and FAST platforms, to inform sales planning and client engagement
  • Track and analyze content performance across platforms to identify upsell, renewals, and monetization opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, deal proposals, and content packages tailored to client needs and platform strategies
  • Collaborate with legal, deal management, and client servicing teams to support and propel contract execution, rights management, and timely content delivery
  • Work closely with sales and revenue management to implement packaging and pricing strategy, as defined by the sales team with rate cards, and market guidelines that support revenue goals
  • Manage offer activity, including renewals, optimizations, and bundling, to drive revenue and client gratification
  • Assist in budget planning and revisions, including incremental spend, makegoods, and cancellations, ensuring alignment and financial targets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights that inform sales tactics and content packaging
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to showcase priority titles, anniversaries, and franchises, improving catalog visibility and value
  • Support the domestic GCD team on content availability, planning, packaging, and RFP responses, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all Paramount Global content
  • Serve as the key point of contact across internal teams, including BALA, commercial operations, product fulfillment, marketing, and finance, to ensure operational efficiency
  • Support revenue share and PVD business models in collaboration with sales, tracking performance, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Identify and recommend improvements to pre-sale processes to enhance operational efficiency and client responsiveness
  • Assist in preparing materials and insights for client meetings, including market intelligence and account-specific data
  • Build client relations to foster future sales and revenue opportunities; participate in client meetings as needed to support senior sales executives


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital account management and publishing workflows
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Airtable skills

  • Strong focus on client relationships and problem solving with a positive attitude and willingness to help resolve a wide range of client issues
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work across the business (other sales regions, marketing, client servicing, media operations, legal, commercial operations)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 123,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
