Overview:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with team members, senior management, business units, and outside advisors to identify and assess potential external transactions in the form of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and business development opportunities
- Assist with transaction execution, including developing valuation analyses and transaction briefing materials and coordinating due diligence efforts
- Conduct research on target companies, competitors, and market dynamics to support opportunity evaluation
- Build financial and operating models; develop various financial analyses including discounted cash flow, merger analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analyses, and general financial statement analyses; present analytics to an executive audience
- Track current deal flow and proactive & reactive pipelines
- Build strong working relationships across the Paramount Skydance organization
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required (with preference for an MBA)
- Strong interest in the intersection of Media and Technology
Additional Qualifications:
- Deep financial modeling expertise with knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research skills and ability to prioritize, synthesize, and present information in written format
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work skillfully and on multiple projects at once
- Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the solid ability to persuade others, build consensus, and work in a team

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $120,400.00 - 165,600.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
