Overview:
Ready to take the next step in your career at one of the world’s leading media companies? The Paramount Home Entertainment Sales team is looking for a Manager, Digital Distribution to join our dynamic group and support our growing domestic digital business.

 

In this LA-based role, you’ll play a key part in executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and expand the distribution of our content across digital transactional platforms. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based digital partners and help shape campaigns that put Paramount’s iconic entertainment in front of audiences everywhere.

 

Reporting to the Executive Director of Digital Distribution, you’ll manage day-to-day operations for select accounts and help us hit key fiscal targets.

 

This highly team-driven role will have you working cross-functionally with teams including Digital Distribution, Marketing, Business Affairs & Legal, Deal Management, Product Fulfillment, Accounting, Market Intelligence, Planning, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Build promotions and events to drive sales and achieve sales goals 
  • Advocate for the highest and best treatment for Paramount titles over and above competitive titles on assisted accounts, including in-store placement, email and social marketing support, leverage of account analytics, and accessing any unique account capabilities 
  • Collaborate with accounts on best-in-practice strategies to help drive customer acquisition and retention 
  • Ensure partners’ day-to-day business needs are being met 
  • See client issues or requests through to resolution; prioritize based on revenue, customer impact, or legal requirements 
  • Monitor storefronts to ensure merchandising and placements are accurate; address any placement or marketing issues with account managers on the release date

 


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital account management, digital assets and distribution, and publishing workflows; Bachelor's or MBA degree preferred
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Airtable skills

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving, with a positive attitude and willingness to resolve a wide range of client issues 
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work across the business (sales, marketing, operations, product fulfillment, and sales administration) 
  • Experience with digital distribution

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 104,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
