The Manager of Sales Planning and Reporting, reporting to the Vice President of Sales Planning and Reporting, will lead all aspects of the monitoring, analysis, and benchmarking of Paramount's global product sales! The ideal candidate will optimally collaborate across various business functions and organizational levels. They should thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment, be highly self-directed, results-oriented, and capable of working at both strategic and tactical levels!
Responsibilities include:
- Generating tracking plans at various levels including territory, channel, and customer and communicating cross-platform performance
- Analyzing product performance from multiple perspectives (volume, value, profit, and share) and providing clear recommendations for improvement
- Developing analysis, reporting, and insights to drive business forward with actionable recommendations for division partners
- Market overview presentations at key planning intervals
- Communicating financial performance of key films to senior management, including comparative benchmarks
- Crafting reports and dashboards that inform decision-making
- Validating title and customer mappings to ensure accurate reporting
- Performing ongoing analytical projects as required by management
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
- 7+ years experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, field sales, or retail marketing in the Entertainment or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in the Entertainment or Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
- Ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into concise and relevant reports.
- Exceptional analytic and quantitative capabilities.
- Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Technically savvy with the ability to navigate complex enterprise systems.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $86,500.00 - 107,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
