Join the Paramount Pictures Page Program and become the face of our iconic studio! Based on the Paramount Pictures Lot in Hollywood, CA, this prominent guest-facing role enables you to lead immersive tours of the historic lot. You will also coordinate live studio audiences during television tapings and support special projects across the studio lot. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests in addition to studio executives and high-level clients
- General tours are 2 hours in length
- Typical schedule is 2 tours per day but may adjust as needed
- Average shifts are 6 hours long with 80% of shift spent driving and walking the lot with pedestrians, cyclists and production vehicles.
- Work week is typically 2-4 days per week, including weekends and nights (summer and holidays)
- Deliver in-depth VIP, Premier and Executive tours when qualified and as needed.
- Assist with managing audiences for television shows and screenings
- Assist with Special Events, which include various assignments from mini-tours, directing guests, and introducing films at the Paramount Theatre (these assignments require Pages to be on their feet/driving approximately 70%-80% of the time)
Growth & Development
After (6) months of employment, Pages become eligible for expanded responsibilities crafted to support professional growth. These assignments may include:
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management for internal teams
- Data entry, tracking, and report generation
- Preparing travel itineraries and processing expense reports
- Assisting with client and 3rd party management
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and a minimum of (6) months driving experience
- At least (1) year of office or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to memorize scripts, structured material, or written content
Additional Qualifications:
- Effective & professional communication skills
- Experience working in confidential environment due to celebrity talent work location
- Interest to pursue a career in the media / entertainment sector
- Demonstrated initiative, self-starter and works well with colleagues and leaders
- Personal drive and willingness to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience working with the public strongly recommended
- Flexible schedule (Non-staff, part-time role. Up to 30 hours/week. Not Benefits eligible.)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience outside of college internships a plus
- Communication degree and experience with public speaking a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish, French, Japanese etc.)
Eligibility Requirements:

Hiring Salary Range: $21.0 - 21.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
