Production Coordinator: Story/Edit 1

Paramount Animation through its affiliate Animated Productions Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join the animation team.

The Production Coordinator is an integral part of the production process, working closely with their production supervisor, within assigned department.   


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists production supervisor and department head in maintaining and managing department schedule
  • Coordinates and preps for crew meetings, dailies, reviews and events
  • Facilitate and Collaborate to ensure incoming artists workstations, software and communication systems are in place
  • Takes notes during reviews/meetings and distributes in a timely fashion.
  • Work with production supervisor & Department head in setting priorities of department
  • Experience working in Story/Script/Edit strongly preferred
  • 2+ years Experience as a production coordinator within feature Animation production
  • 2+ years as a production assistant within a feature Animation and/or TV
  • Shotgun Experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
