Senior BA Manager, Participations Systems

This role serves as the primary technology contact for multiple participations business teams and the functional expert for systems like TV PARIS (Participations and Residuals) and Media Maestro. Responsibilities include process analysis, requirements documentation, and managing medium-sized projects or a portfolio of smaller initiatives with moderate complexity and business risk. The ideal candidate is detailed, analytical, organized, and eager to learn more about the entertainment industry!
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Lead sessions to capture and detail complex business and system requirements.
- Analyze operations to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Build business process flows, data flows, functional designs, and test cases.
- Ensure functional requirements are complete and accurate for development teams.
- Handle system integrations, modifications, and issue resolution for TV PARIS and Media Maestro.
- Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure business needs are met.
- Track and lead project progress, scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Advise business users on solutions and application implications.
- Review and validate test plans and scripts.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Conduct feasibility, risk, and return on investment analyses for proposed projects.
- Provide ongoing system support to ensure minimal business disruption.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in IT Business Analysis
- 5+ years documenting business requirements and processes
- 5+ years defining, documenting, and conducting system tests
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficient with Power Point, Visio, Word, and Excel
- Strong relationship-building skills across business and technical teams
- Quick learner in both technology and business processes
- Experience with multi-functional teams, requirements gathering, and testing
- Business user training experience
- Ability to perform SQL queries to support data analysis and validation tasks
- Solid grasp of IT concepts (networks, security, servers, infrastructure)
- Experience with Royalties, Participations, and Residuals systems
- Financial systems knowledge
- Familiarity with SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
- Wireframing and user interface design experience
- Entertainment industry experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $145,000.00 - 160,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
