Assist with important tasks like planning daily schedules, and anticipating the executives' needs.

Assist with inbound and outbound company communication and correspondence, maintaining a proficient insight of departmental operations and business intention.

Manage an occupied, dynamic and ever-changing calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling across time zones and shifting priorities.

Screen and triage communications, protecting the executives time and ensuring follow up when needed.

Perform office tasks like responding to phone calls and emails, setting up team events, organizing domestic and international travel, completing expense reports using Concur, and talking to IT and other departments as needed.

Organize and conduct meetings online, in person, or a mix of both. Take care of everything including reserving rooms, creating agendas, preparing documents, setting up audio/video equipment, arranging food, and overseeing participants.

Assistance with word documents, excel and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Assist various departments as needed and collaborate on team projects. This may include organizing events, distributing information throughout the company, and improving our processes.

Organize executive, company, and client events to ensure seamless execution and deep brand representation.

Provide on-site support for high-profile meetings and events, attending when requested.
- Serve as a liaison between the president and senior executive team, staff and external partners, communicating expectations with authority and professionalism.
- Facilitate cross‑team communication by ensuring smooth information flow, timely distribution of reports and updates, and consistent alignment across departments.
- Transform rough ideas, outlines, and talking points into polished presentations including charts, tables, executive summaries, and visually compelling PowerPoint materials.

2+ years of executive assistant experience at an agency or studio.

Proficiency with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/Zoom and other applications.

Bachelors Degree in communications, business, finance or film preferred.

Good relationship and team building skills.

Has impressive organizational and communication abilities.

Works well individually as well as part of a larger team.

Identifies and consistently meets necessary deadlines without need for executive oversight.

Must be informed with a variety of industry systems, concepts, practices, and procedures.

Proficient knowledge of industry players at agencies, studios, networks and streamers.

An interest in distribution/sales and international content is preferred but not mandatory.

Demonstrate forward-thinking problem prevention with a steady and professional demeanor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $58,000.00 - 70,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
