Overview:
Lights, camera, action! Paramount Pictures is actively searching for a new Senior Coordinator to join our Partnership Marketing team! This role sits at the heart of how Paramount brings its theatrical film promotions to life across the globe. Based onsite at the Paramount lot in Los Angeles five days a week, this position provides critical administrative and organizational support across multiple managers and film titles — from centralizing documentation and tracking for leadership, to coordinating premiere logistics and vendor management, to keeping creative assets and partnership materials organized and flowing to the right teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support end-to-end execution of theatrical film promotions with global, domestic and international partners across TV & broadcast, packaging, retail, digital, social, print, press, radio, and field opportunities
  • Ensure all external partners' creative submissions are saved, organized, and updated within the department's shared drives folders
  • Lead and oversee the development and delivery of merchandise and prize packages for multiple film titles to be used globally as needed
  • Creating and maintaining team materials, including status reports, case studies, tracking documents, research projects, international directives, promotional guidelines, and other partnership-related resources and documents
  • Support the day-to-day management of promotional partnerships, including preparing meeting notes, recaps, wrap reports, and other documentation
  • Own the end-to-end management and distribution of film assets — including trailers, sizzles, logos, posters, stills, and key art — serving as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Spearhead vendor onboarding/payments and process invoices
  • Provide on-site support at premieres involving partner management domestically and internationally as needed
  • Assist in routing creative approvals, organizing partner screenings, creating timelines and schedules, and handling any additional last-minute projects as assigned at any time
  • Centralize document management, particularly for senior leadership visibility
  • Handle task overflow related to movie premieres, including event ticket management for titles
  • Provide support to the team on all assignments
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a studio marketing, promotions, or partnerships department; experience in advertising or promotion agencies with account management and/or sales, or experience in an administrative-heavy or executive assistant (EA) role
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 
Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in International Marketing or global operations is a plus
  • Experience in a centralized team hub role, with strong skills in keeping processes and people organized, is desired
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop and/or other graphic design tools is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 70,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
